Colour LED lighting is planned into the pool and the spa while the shell is still being formed, and carried out across the deck and the covered patio. The result is a backyard that changes character at dusk instead of going dark.
A Texas backyard needs more than water. Covered patios with ceiling fans, timber pergolas, decorative-finish decking and proper dining and lounge space are what turn a pool into somewhere you actually spend the evening.
We come out, look at the yard, and talk through how you want to use the space — where the sun lands, where people sit, what has to stay.

Design and proposal
You see the pool, the deck and the structures together as one design, with a written scope, before anything is built.

Build
Excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, tile, coping, decking and the surrounding structures — run by the same company start to finish.

Finish and hand over
Surface finish, equipment start-up, and a walkthrough of how to run and look after the pool before we leave.
Financing
Pool financing through independent lenders.
Plenty of backyards get built with financing, and we work with two established third-party lenders who specialise in pool and home improvement projects. You apply with the lender directly — Skinner Pool & Construction is not a lender and is not part of the credit decision.
