Every Skinner pool is drawn for the specific yard it goes into — the shape of the lot, where the sun falls, the sightlines from the house and how much deck you want around the water. Construction is gunite: a steel-reinforced shell sprayed in place, which is what lets a pool take a genuinely custom shape with features like a sun ledge, a raised wall or an integrated spa built into the same structure. We finish the tile, coping and surrounding deck as part of the same build, so the pool and the space around it are designed together rather than handed to a second contractor afterwards.
